Belma Linda Lucero was convicted of aiding and abetting the transportation of an unlawful alien and was sentenced on May 31, 2007, to 33 months of imprisonment to be followed by a 3-year term of supervised release. On December 9, 2009, Lucero's supervised release was revoked, and she was sentenced to 90 days in prison to be followed by another term of supervised release.
