Triginal Jackson appeals, pro se, from the district court's dismissal of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 Complaint against the City of Albuquerque, its Chief of Police, the Deputy Chief, Officer Keith Sandy, MDC Medical (aka CMS), and K.D. Lovato (a police department clerk).1 We affirm.
