I. INTRODUCTION

In this discovery dispute, Buzz Speer seeks mandamus review of a trial court order finding that Speer waived his privilege against self-incrimination by answering five interrogatories. The trial court ordered Speer to answer all remaining interrogatories and to produce requested documents in camera.
