Helen M.'s parental rights with respect to her son J.G. were terminated pursuant to section 366.26 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.1 Helen M. claims on appeal that the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) failed to give adequate notice under the Indian Child Welfare Act (25 U.S.C.§ 1901 et seq.) (ICWA). We reverse and remand with directions.
