Claimant Angela Calderon Nieves appeals from a judgment affirming a decision by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) denying her application for social security disability benefits. We reverse.

Claimant alleged disability due to back and chest pains, nervousness, headaches, and high blood pressure. After a hearing, the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) issued a favorable decision, finding that the claimant had severe impairments...
