I. Introduction

{¶ 1} Appellant, Charlie Hines, appeals the judgment of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas, sentencing him to a total of 60 months in prison following his plea of guilty to two counts of sexual battery. For the reasons more fully set forth below, we reverse.
