Clifton Jackson and Christopher Scharnitzke were employees of Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. ("Coca-Cola") who suffered work-related injuries. They applied for workers' compensation benefits from Coca-Cola through Sedgwick Claims Management Services ("Sedgwick"), Coca-Cola's third-party benefit claims administrator.
