[¶ 1] Appellant, AJJ, challenges the district court's order terminating his parental rights pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-2-309(a)(v) (LexisNexis 2007). He contends there was insufficient evidence to support the district court's finding that he was unfit to have custody and control of the children.
