¶ 1 Jack Sims appeals the trial court's sentencing order prohibiting him from entering or residing in Cowlitz County. He argues that his banishment from Cowlitz County violates his right to due process and equal protection under the United States Constitution Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.1 The State concedes this error but argues that we should remand this matter to the trial court for broader resentencing and reconsideration...
