¶ 1. Father appeals the trial court's conclusion that his son D.D. is a child in need of care or supervision (CHINS) because he was without proper medical care necessary for his well being under 33 V.S.A. § 5102(3)(B). Father argues that the record did not support the trial court's factual findings, which in turn did not support the trial court's legal conclusion.
