PEARCE, Judge:

¶ 1 D. Chris Robertson appeals from his convictions on twenty counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, each a second degree felony. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5b-201 (LexisNexis 2012). Robertson argues that by prosecuting him after his federal conviction for the same conduct, the State violated his constitutional rights by placing him twice in jeopardy for the same offenses.
