MEMORANDUM DECISION

CHRISTIANSEN, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiff Tasha Lee Jensen sued defendants Alan and Kathy Gardner for negligence after she suffered an injury while on Alan Gardner's property. The district court dismissed the action after granting summary judgment in favor of Alan Gardner.1 We affirm.
