JANE BLAND, Justice.

A jury convicted Jacob Matthew Kiffe of driving while intoxicated. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 49.04 (West 2011). Kiffe stipulated to two prior convictions of driving while intoxicated. The trial court assessed his punishment at three years' community supervision, with a suspended sentence of five years' confinement.
