JOHNSON, J., delivered the opinion of the Court in which PRICE, HERVEY, HOLCOMB, and COCHRAN, JJ., joined.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated kidnapping and assessed punishment at thirty-years' incarceration. Appellant appealed.
