This appeal arises from a jury verdict in favor of appellee, Ugochi Uzoka ("Ugochi"), whose husband Onyebu Christopher Ozuka ("Chris") died in a head-on automobile collision. The driver of the other vehicle involved in the accident, appellant Lakeisha Thomas ("Thomas"), pleaded guilty to criminal charges arising from the accident but now brings four issues to challenge the jury's verdict in this corresponding civil action...
