Don Collis Houston, Jr. pled guilty on separate indictments for possession of a controlled substance and bail jumping. On appeal, Houston challenges the trial court's ruling on his motion to suppress evidence obtained in a search of the motor vehicle. The driver of the vehicle consented to the search, and Houston did not object to the search. We hold the search of the vehicle...
