HERVEY, J., delivered the opinion of the Court in which KELLER, P.J., MEYERS, KEASLER and HOLCOMB, JJ., joined.

Appellant was charged in an eight-count indictment with aggravated sexual assault of a child. The complainant in this case is appellant's daughter, who is a gifted child with a genius-range IQ of 147.
