Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of a son (born in 1999) and a daughter (born in 2001). Pursuant to a 2005 New Hampshire judgment of divorce, they were awarded joint legal custody of the children with primary physical custody to the mother and liberal visitation to the father.
