{1} Following a bench trial, Defendant Zirachuen Rivera was convicted in metropolitan court on one count of driving while intoxicated (DWI). During the trial, Christopher Mills conducted the direct examination of one of the State's witnesses, although Mills apparently was not licensed to practice law.
