¶ 1. Tonnie L. Thomas was indicted for fourth-degree arson for setting fire to a jail cell in Greenville, Mississippi. On January 28-29, 2009, Thomas was tried in the Circuit Court of Washington County. The jury convicted Thomas of fourth-degree arson.
