¶ 1. Bobby Gene Stokes brought an action against Paula Davis and claimed that Davis committed fraud upon the chancery court and that as Kimberly Denise Pearson's biological father, he was entitled to a portion of the wrongful death proceeds from her estate. The chancellor found that Davis had committed fraud upon the court and awarded Stokes a portion of the proceeds from Pearson's estate. Aggrieved, Davis now appeals and argues that...
