John Coursolle quit his job as a senior claims adjustor at Employers Mutual Casualty Company. He sued his former employer, alleging numerous causes of action. The district court granted the former employer's motion for summary judgment on Coursolle's claims of a violation of the Minnesota Whistleblower Act and breach of contract.
