Defendant Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) appeals as of right the trial court's order denying in part its motion for summary disposition with respect to its claims of governmental immunity. Plaintiff cross-appeals the same order to the extent that the court granted summary disposition for defendant Queen Perry and partially granted summary disposition for SMART.
