A jury convicted Angelo Johnson of possession with intent to deliver less than five kilograms of marijuana1 and possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony (felony-firearm).2 The trial court sentenced him to a prison term of five months to four years for the possession-of-marijuana conviction and a consecutive two-year prison term for the felony-firearm conviction.
