Plaintiff appeals as of right an order granting summary disposition to defendant in this dispute over "usual and customary charges" for medical care given to an uninsured patient. The trial court held that the "usual and customary charges" language of the parties' agreement was unambiguous and referred to the prices stated in defendant's "Charge Master," which are higher than the discounted prices charged to insured patients.
