In this criminal appeal, the defendant, Gerald Stewart, appeals his conviction and sentence as a multiple offender for attempted possession of heroin. Mr. Stewart's sole assignment of error is that the district court erred in denying his motions to suppress the evidence and statements. Finding no error, we affirm.
