OPINION

CRONE, Judge.

James E. Pardue and Janiece V. Pardue ("the Pardues") appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of Perdue Farms Incorporated ("Perdue Farms") on the Pardues' nuisance claims. We affirm.

On May 9, 2002, the Pardues filed a nuisance complaint against Perdue Farms, alleging that they had "been devastated by the sickness and death of horses caused by groundwater contamination from unlawfully stockpiled manure from a Perdue Turkey...
