This appeal concerns the validity of a contract for the sale of real property between appellant Don Frasure and respondents Remington Real Estate, Inc. (Remington) and Stan Ray (Remington and Ray collectively referred to as Respondents). Frasure appeals the district court's ruling that the physical address in the contract sufficiently described the real property for purposes of the statute of frauds.
