Brian Boykin pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C). The United States Probation Office recommended a Sentencing Guidelines range of 70 to 87 months' imprisonment
