Michael Dunn appeals the entry of summary judgment against him on his claim that his former employer, Boston University ("BU"), discharged him because of his age in violation of the Massachusetts Fair Employment Practices Act, Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151B, § 4.1B. The district court ruled that Dunn had failed to make out a prima facie case of age discrimination.
