Daily Services, LLC sued various employees of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation after the Bureau filed a series of judgments and liens against the company in violation of Ohio's statutory and administrative procedures. Daily Services claimed that the defendants violated its right to procedural due process. The district court concluded that the defendants were entitled to qualified immunity.
