Respondent-Appellant Dr. Robert Hinchee ("Dr. Hinchee"), who resides in Florida, and Intervenor-Appellant Chevron Corporation ("Chevron") appeal the district court's discovery order compelling production of Dr. Hinchee's documents to Petitioner-Appellee, the Republic of Ecuador ("the Republic").
