This appeal arises from the conviction and sentencing of Booker Anderson-Jay Powell ("Powell") and April Marie Akin ("Akin") on charges of conspiracy to possess cocaine base ("crack cocaine") with intent to distribute, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and 846, and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 18 U.S.C. § 2....
