Defendant-Appellant Grady Davis was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and with six counts of the substantive offense of, and aiding and abetting in, bank fraud. The charges arose from Davis's alleged participation in a scheme to fraudulently obtain funds by straw credit card purchases.
