Larry Brinson-Scott appeals his conviction and sentence on one count of possession of powder cocaine with intent to distribute. He contends that the arresting police officers violated his right against self-incrimination; that he was deprived of effective assistance of counsel; and that the district court failed to comply with certain procedural requirements at sentencing.
