Plaintiff Ray V. Caprio filed a complaint against Defendant Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group, LLC ("HRRG"), alleging two claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"). Caprio appeals from the order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey granting HRRG's motion for judgment on the pleadings.
