This appeal is from the grant of summary judgment in a diversity case in which the Plaintiff-Appellant is a limited partner in a partnership that received a loan from the Defendant-Appellee Bank. The dispute stems from a limited guaranty agreement between the Bank and the Plaintiff-Appellant, who became a guarantor of the loan received by the partnership.
