David Winkler appeals from two counts of his four-count conviction for receipt and possession of child pornography, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction. Primarily, he argues that his conviction for knowing receipt of child pornography cannot stand because it was based on images found only in the temporary storage of his computer hard drive.
