This is an appeal by James E. Jackson following Jackson's conditional guilty plea pursuant to a plea agreement to three counts of a twenty count indictment alleging violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1001 for making false statements on "a matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government."
