Paragon Solutions, LLC ("Paragon") appeals from a final judgment of noninfringement in favor of Timex Corporation ("Timex") in a suit alleging that certain Timex products, including Timex's Bodylink watches, infringed Paragon's U.S. Patent No. 6,736,759 (the "`759 patent").
