OPINION
RALPH B. GUY, JR., Circuit Judge.
Defendant Safi Sobh was convicted following a jury trial on one count of conspiracy, 18 U.S.C. § 371, and one count of aiding and abetting bank fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1344. Defendant argues on appeal that the district court erred in denying his motions to dismiss the Superceding Indictment for violation of the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 3161-3162 (2006).
