The government appeals from an April 4, 2007 order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Brieant, J.), granting the motion of defendant Paul M. Coté for a judgment of acquittal notwithstanding the verdict and conditionally granting Coté's motion for a new trial. Coté cross-appeals the order insofar as it does not dismiss the Indictment on statute of limitations and double jeopardy grounds...
