WISE, Justice.

AltaPointe Health Systems, Inc. ("AHS"), appeals from the Mobile Probate Court's order finding it in contempt of the probate court's April 27, 2010, "Order of Outpatient Commitment" for Donald Bernoudy based on AHS's failure to comply with § 22-52-10.3(e), Ala.Code 1975. For the reasons stated in this opinion, we dismiss the appeal.
