Pro se plaintiff Pedro Bridgewater ("Bridgewater") filed this action asserting a violation of his constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 ("§ 1983") against six current or former officials of New York State's Sing Sing Correctional Facility ("Sing Sing"). Three defendants join in this motion to dismiss: Correctional Officer L. Dorcey ("Dorcey"), Correctional Officer A. Merritt
