In this contract dispute, a jury determined that a motorcycle dealer breached the terms of its agreement with a bank. In three issues, the motorcycle dealer appeals the jury's verdict in favor of the bank on the grounds that the bank failed to prove that the dealer breached its agreement with the bank, the dealer perfected the bank's security interest in the motorcycle at issue, and even if the dealer did not...
