Mon Cheri Bridals, Inc. ("Mon Cheri") designs and sells wedding and special occasion dresses, for which it has obtained various copyrights and trademarks. Mon Cheri had reason to believe that Wen Wu, through various entities that he controlled (collectively, the "Wu defendants"), had copied certain dresses and sold them as Mon Cheri dresses. Mon Cheri filed an action against the Wu defendants seeking...
