A jury convicted defendant Kathleen Ferguson of two counts of forgery (counts 1 & 2—Pen. Code, § 470, subd. (d)). The court sentenced defendant to the aggravated term of three years on count 1, but stayed imposition of sentence on count 2 pursuant to section 654.1
