In this divorce action the Trial Judge divorced the parties and enforced an Affidavit of Support executed by the husband as a part of the wife's application for permanent residency in the United States, and also ordered the husband to continue the wife's health insurance through COBRA for a period of no less than eighteen months and no longer than thirty-six months.
