Defendants Dr. Cergnul and Bronx-Lebanon established prima facie that they did not depart from the accepted standard of medical care in diagnosing and treating plaintiff's 2006 ectopic pregnancy (see Scalisi v Oberlander, 96 A.D.3d 106, 120 [1st Dept 2012]).
