PER CURIAM.

These back-to-back appeals involve mortgage foreclosures of two Westfield properties.1 Defendant Patricia M. Keeshan appeals from the September 19, 2011 and November 30, 2011 orders denying her applications to vacate the final judgments entered on May 4, 2010, and December 6, 2010, respectively. We affirm.
